Accessibility Statement for Yllw Marketplace

Yllw Marketplace is committed to making our digital service accessible to as many users as possible, regardless of ability or the assistive technologies they use.

About this statement

This accessibility statement describes how Yllw Marketplace meets digital accessibility requirements, outlines known accessibility limitations and explains how you can contact us if you encounter any accessibility issues.

The information is based on an independent accessibility evaluation of the service and is intended to provide users with clear information about its accessibility.

Accessibility status

Yllw Marketplace has been evaluated against the requirements of WCAG 2.1 Levels A and AA, as well as the European standard EN 301 549.

The evaluation shows that the service largely complies with the applicable accessibility requirements. Most functionality is accessible using a keyboard, screen readers and other assistive technologies. A small number of known accessibility issues remain and are described below.

Known accessibility issues

We continuously work to improve the accessibility of our service. The latest accessibility evaluation identified the following limitations.

Video

The background video on the homepage cannot currently be paused.

Forms

The contact form does not fully validate telephone numbers. As a result, certain invalid values may be accepted without displaying a clear error message.

Zoom and responsiveness

At very high zoom levels, parts of certain pages may require horizontal scrolling or become more difficult to use, particularly on smaller screens.

Form fields

Some form fields do not include the recommended autocomplete attributes. This may affect users who rely on browser autofill or certain assistive technologies.

Links

At the time of the accessibility evaluation, a small number of links had not yet been activated because the service was still in its launch phase.

How we work with accessibility

Accessibility is an integral part of the ongoing development of Yllw Marketplace and is considered throughout the continuous improvement of the service.

We continuously identify, prioritise and address accessibility issues to improve the experience for all users.

Report an accessibility issue

If you discover accessibility issues that are not described in this statement, or if you believe we are not meeting accessibility requirements, please contact us.

We welcome your feedback and use it to improve the accessibility of our service.
